Major Duties and Functions Include: Responsible for the proficiency of office operations for a firm with over 40 producers and a minimum of $3 million FY GDCs in sales annually .
Assists management with developing systems and processes to streamline operations.
Manages daily workflow and operations and establishes office procedures.
Prepares and analyzes productivity reports; completes and follows up on compensation adjustments and setbacks.
Implements training for office staff and sales producers.
Oversees the implementation and administration of the recognition program.
May manage, perform and/or back up the job duties for junior staff members.
Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Full people management responsibilities, including hiring, firing, promotions, performance and compensation management, and training and development.
NASD Series 7 & Series 24 are both Required for position.
What You Need to Succeed: FINRA Series 7 Required FINRA Series 24 Required High school diploma 5+ yrs. relevant business experience 3+ yrs. insurance or financial services industry experience Work shouldnt be something you do just to make ends meet.
