Assistant Director of Nursing, Registered Nurse Job in Spartanburg 29303, South Carolina US
NursingJoin us at Oakmont of Union!We are currently seeking individuals to fill the following position: Assistant Director ofNursingFull-TimeAssist in administering nursing programs within the nursing center in accordance with professional practice standards, center policies and procedures, Quality Assurance guidelines, HCR programs, and local, state and federal guidelines.
Currently licensed RN required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least one year in long term health care.
Prior nurse management experience preferred.
Registered NurseFull-Time$2,500 Sign On Bonus (for first applicant)This position requires an RN license and will report to the Director of Nursing.
Will oversee the delivery of nursing care to ensure that residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines.
