Assistant Director of Admissions Job in Multiple locations

We have an opening for the following positions at our Clovis, Modesto, Redding, and Roseville (Sacramento) campuses: Assistant Director of Admissions, High School Admissions Representative, and Inside Admissions Representative.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: ADOAThe Assistant Director of Admissions (ADOA) is a manager within the office and has responsibilities above and beyond his/her own production goals.
ADOAs may have a team of Representatives whom they will train with and coach to production goals.
In addition, ADOAs may be part of the companys succession planning and will need to be exposed to DOA duties, especially in the absence of the DOA. Listed below are management functions which the ADOA may be responsible for performing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.
Manage Admissions Representatives in Conjunction with the Director of Admission
2. Assist in the hiring, training and review of all Admissions staff members3.
Meet or exceed activity metrics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals4.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: INSIDE AND HIGH SCHOOL ADMISSIONS REPApply your excellent communication skills toward helping recent high school graduates and other potential students find their career paths.
The right candidates must have great phone and interviewing skills and a proven ability to meet goals.
Mortgage industry experience is highly valued for Inside reps, Military recruiting experience is highly valued for high school reps.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.
Delivering persuasive and informational presentations to high school groups (High School Only).
3. Recruit students for IOT programs by responding to incoming calls from inquiring students; providing program information4 Conduct face-to-face interviews, telephone interviews and e-mail correspondence to prospective students to determine their educational needs, concerns and interests.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS· Any applicant must be willing to relocate to at least 2 of four IOT Campuses.
· Experience in the for-profit school system is preferred for the ADOA position.
· College degree in marketing, business or related area preferred, or a minimum of 3 years direct sales experience in admissions, recruiting or other intangible sales.
· Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse customer base.
