Assistant Controller Job in Rochester 14604, New York US
Robert Half Finance & Accounting is currently seeking candidates for Assistant Controller positions in the Rochester, NY area.
Candidate would be responsible for develop the vision and goals of the organization, partnering with executive management to provide financial leadership, developing and maintaining best practices and procedures of internal control and accounting, managing and maintaining all practices of financial reporting, analysis and disclosures of the company, internal and external controls, and accounting principles, leading special projects, and developing and implementing new accounting procedures and pursuing process improvements.
The Assistant Controller roles also involve ensuring correct financial reporting, coordinating quarterly reviews, and developing personnel within the group to assume other leadership positions.
Requirements for the Assistant Controller positions include a Master's degree and a CPA. Ten + years of experience is needed for this role and the candidate must be detail oriented.
