Area Manager Job in EVANSVILLE, Indiana US
Speed Lube, LLC is an independently owned and operated quick lube chain with 31 locations in 5 states.
We are looking for an Area Manager for the Southern Indiana & Illinois market which has 7 locations in the territory.
Looking for candidate with 3+ years in customer service and an automotive technology degree.
Major Responsibilities: Insure stores are open, staffed and trained.
Complete understanding of our Employee Handbook7 Standard of Speed LubeOperational TrainingHiring & Training store managers & possibly crew membersInventory ManagementInsure Quality of Customer ExperienceLabor ManagementUnderstanding of and able to communicate our bonus programHandling customer complaintsMonitor profitabilityStudying income statements and monthly statistics to set short term goals to reach long term goalsInsure smooth, consistent communications between stores and office staffMonitory safetyMaintain store in good repairBenefits: Weekly salary paid every other Friday.
Monthly bonus based on territory performance.
