Application Support and Implementation Manager Job in Richmond 23233, Virginia US
IT Applications Support and Implementation ManagerA dynamic growing firm is looking for an IT Application Support and Implementation Manager to add to their team.
Duties, tasks and daily activities: · Support proprietary and 3rd party vendor software applications.
· Liaison with business units to manage and implement complex and/or multiple corporate projects.
· Analyze and document user requirements for enhancements to business processes and/or systems.
This may involve investigation of third party vendors.
· Design new working processes and solutions where required · Maintain project schedules, budgets and plans, and monitor overall progress and team performance· Identify and manage project issues and risks, develop constructive solutions and recommend or implement specific actions to address them, ensuring escalation where appropriate· Conduct post implementation reviews, project closure and handover of operational processes to business ownersQualifications, Education, and Proficiencies: · Bachelor's degree in MIT, business or engineering.
· Experienced managing IT Infrastructure projects, people, and vendors· 5 or more years of professional experience.
