Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of design, development and support of Siebel enterprise solution and related componentsWork with program management team to identify and implement an enterprise Siebel CRM architecture that is scalable, sustainable and maintainableInteract with business end users closely for requirement definition, gap analysis and mappingRecommend, establish and maintain Siebel development standards and best practicesDesign and develop backend SQL Server objects including stored procedures, views and triggersFine tune core Siebel modules for optimum performanceCoordinate for change management, application deployment planning and executionInstall patches, lead/participate in Siebel upgrades and associated customization, configuration tasksWork in a team environment with both on-shore and off-shore team members Qualifications Required: Minimum 6 years experience with Siebel financial servicesStrong knowledge of Siebel database schema and object relationships3 -5 years of technical expertise in following areas Siebel Tools, Assignment Manager, Workflow, VB/eScriptingApplication and data Interfaces: EAI, Web Services & EIMGUI Interface, Integration and Business ObjectsApplication setup, configuration and customization including fields and page layoutsData purging, cleansing and migration scriptsFunctional and technical knowledge of Contact Management, Expense Management and Campaign Management modules Experience in Siebel upgrade from impact analysis to implementationProven analytical and business problem solving skillsAbility to manage development tasks for multiple concurrent projectsStrong interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills Desired: Certified Siebel DeveloperSiebel Training For EAI Application IntegrationExperience in Siebel Call Center, BI & Analytics and Marketing modules
