You will work closely with our partners and our developer community in order to assist them with developing high quality, tightly integrated software removing as many barriers as possible.

4. Deliver exceptional experience Responsibilities:
Be the technical lead for company sales and partner efforts of Business Development Managers, by providing technical resources and guidance on pre-sales calls with active and prospective partners.


Work closely with our App partners in all phases of integration projects to ensure that all areas of potential integration are considered, evaluated, and implemented in a clear and user friendly manner.


Accountable for launching successful partner integration projects.


Engage cross functionally within the organization to align company resources to support app partner needs at different levels, including availability of new APIs.


Collaborate with support and product teams to develop and maintain high quality documentation.


Use sales tracking tool to maintain complete documentation of App Partner integration efforts.


Own the App partner integration experience including monitoring trends in technology and competitive landscape to ensure Constant Contact is meeting the needs of its App Partners.

Success in this role will be measured by:
Productivity per integrated partner
New partner integrations deployed
Gross customer additions per business day
Channel partner feedback
Feedback of operation/channel team Requirements:
2-4 years of successful technical account management experience including coaching, supporting, and managing partner integration projects.


Demonstrated technical proficiency in programming and web technologies, including one or more of the following: PHP, .

Net, Python, Perl, JAVA, Ruby.


Familiarity with web-related marketing topics a strong plus.


Excellent project management skills
Strong initiative/self-motivated overachiever with a strong desire to succeed.


Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.


Ability to work well both autonomously and with a team.


Bachelors degree required.


Participation at industry conferences and events may be required.


Some travel required.
