Apartment Program Case Manager Job in 12903
Behavioral Health Services North, Inc. APARTMENT PROGRAM CASE MANAGER Breakthrough II, an Office of Mental Health licensed residential program, is looking for an Apartment Program Case Manager to assist adults with mental illness learn the skills necessary to live independently.
Experience with mental health or related field preferred.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
Must be at least 23 years of age to apply.
Valid NYS driver's license for at least 3 years and reliable transportation a must.
Background checks will be conducted.
