Analytical Chemist Job in Union 07083, New Jersey US
Analytical QC Chemist (3 positions available)Level 2: 1-10 (or more) Years of experienceOur client located in Union NJ is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Analytical Chemist to join their Process Development/Technology Transfer Team.
They are a Global Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical company working to sustain and expand innovative new treatments within numerous therapeutic areas.
This position is a 2-3 year contract with the possibility of extension.
This position requires: - Minimum BS in science (Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc.) - QC testing of in process goods and raw materials- Strong background working in GMP Environment.
- Recent hands on Experience in batch testing- Ability to perform dissolution testing of solid dosage forms.
- Support of residual solvent testing for clinical materials.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in Technology Transfer preferred- Documentation- records activities appropriately following GMP standards.
- Background/familiarity of microbiological testing a plus.
- Background in HPLC, GC/ Empower/ Karl Fisher software experience a plus.
- Group also interfaces with lab infrastructure, tracking columns and instrumentation maintenance.
