Come be a part of our success story!Job Title Analytical Chemist IIPosition Responsibilities Method development and validation, formulation development support.
Hands-on laboratory analysis of R&D samples.
Testing of stability samples for conformance to specifications/protocol.
Prepare and update/review SOPs for the analytical laboratory.
Observe and maintain safety, cGMP guidelines, company policies, and procedures.
Interact in a team atmosphere, providing expertise in general analytical techniques.
Assist in troubleshooting and repair of minor problems in analytical instruments.
Write technical reports for laboratory related issues.
Responsible for laboratory work area housekeeping.
Perform other duties as deemed necessary to support analytical operations.
Raw data revision.
Ensure that all testing and regulatory requests and their implications are conducted in accordance with company, regulatory guidelines.
Position Requirements Most important thing is strong method development/validation of HPLC/GC.
Troubleshooting is also a huge plus.
BS/MS in Chemistry.
Must have 2+ years experience in the pharmaceutical/OTC samples in a R&D lab.Strong analytical skills, proven experience in wet chemistry, HPLC, Dissolution, KF, GC and spectrophotometry.
Knowledge of compendia requirements and FDA regulations required.
Knowledge of cGMPs required.
Good written and oral communication.
Must be willing to perform hands-on work as required in the laboratory.
Good writing skills for preparing technical reports and presentations.
Proficiency in standard office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be detail oriented, organized and very particular about record-keeping.
