The Network Development Analyst Associate is responsible for the selection, development, expansion and contracting of Provider Network Facilities; documenting pertinent information regarding potential provider facilities; identifying prospective providers through the use of geographical resources; coordinating activities with fellow team members; and special projects as requested Responsibilities: Create detailed GeoAccess reports for each market every 6 monthsAnalyze market network needs; develop and implement strategies to meet those needsInteract with current, new, and prospective clients to ensure network expectations are understood, communicated and implementedResponsible for researching and identifying prospective fitness center partners.

Manage network development in current, new, and prospective markets by directing and tracking progress of all ND activityCoordinate network changes with Contracts, Account Management, Marketing, and all other appropriate departmentsWork with Data Administration to manage membership data in a way that insures HEALTHWAYS business needs are metMaintain membership information integrity in accordance with HIPPA regulations and HEALTHWAYS policies and proceduresSupport Sales Team in determining and presenting prospective clients' fitness center network options and strategiesPerform demographic data analysis, report, create strategies, and implement projects/activities regarding Medicare-eligible population concentrations (CMS data), major ethnic populations and their geographic concentrations, "invisible barriers"Develop and implement database design enhancementsCreate special reports for specific marketsDesign, document, and implement or recommend process improvementsMaintain constant communication with other HEALTHWAYS departments to ensure clear communication and operational efficiencyIn tandem with National Network Development Manager and Account Manager, communicate network acceptance presentation materials and other client-specific reportsSpecial projectsMeet the agreed upon expectations regarding HEALTHWAY'S key performance indicatorsDocument activities and/or issues with a professional and factual mannerCommunicate pertinent information to all interested parties Application: Ability to: Function independently with little or no supervisionOrganize and prioritize departmental work requirementsMake decisions and take action that is in the best interest of HEALTHWAYSAdapt previous experience with company philosophy, mission, and productsUnderstand and adapt to the specific business terminologyEffectively communicate with all individuals and organizationsMaintain a high quality work ethic and positive behavior in adverse situations.
