Analyst, Investment Banking Job in Atlanta 30328, Georgia US
Investment Banking firm looking for an analyst to do the following: - Perform financial analysis critical for the production of fairnes and solvency opinion, purchase price allocations, debt and equity valuations and other financial reporting engagements utilizing discounted cash flows, market multiples and comparable transaction multiples.
-Responsiblities to include attending due diligence meetings, generating and delivering proprietary pitch materials, conducting thorough industry and economic research and preparing financial analyses and narrative reports-Maintain continuous communication with members of the deal team as well as the client throughout each engagement-diligently work rigorous hours in high pressure situations to meet dificult client demands.
The qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree in Finance, advanced Excel skills and no more than 2-3 years investment banking experience as an analyst.
