NET: Experience with multi-threading, WinForms, ADO.NET - Experience with messaging and middle-ware - Experience working with high-volume, low-latency, global trading solutions in Equities - Experience with FIX protocol - Experience integrating with live market data for US, CA markets - Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture - Understanding of execution performance and transaction cost analysis (post-trade, VWAP) Additional consideration will be given to candidates who also possess the following: - Java / C++ expertise - Strong statistical / financial / quantitative analysis background - Experience integrating with various Order Management Systems (OMS) such as Portware and Fidessa - Knowledge of regulatory compliance Regrettably, we are unable to interview all applicants.

Key Accountabilities: The Algorithmic Programmer will be primarily responsible to: - Design and Develop applications based on the business requirements for the Algorithmic Trading businesses.
- Interface with Various Business groups to understand the development needs and translate into requirements and deliverables.
- Understand external trading platforms such as Portware and Fidessa to appropriately design their interactions with the Algorithmic Trading engine.
- Contribute to design and development of: Algorithmic Trading Engine, Complex Event Processing for Algo trading, FIX components - Interact with Business users, developers, business analysts and project managers, and the Algo Trading Desk - The nature of Capital Markets business requires rapid but objective assessment of issues related to complex products (eg derivatives) and trading floor practices within tight deadlines; Systems errors and failures can have an immediate and critical impact on revenues Experience: Minimum 5 years Education: BA/BS Accreditations: Skills: Minimum Salary: Not Available Maximum Salary: Not Available We thank all interested candidates however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
