After Hours Staffing Coordinator Job in Providence, Rhode Island US
The After Hours Coordinator performs duties related to employee staffing including marketing calls, confirmation calls, obtaining coverage for new shifts that come in, as well as finding coverage for call outs.
The After Hours Coordinator pro-actively works to book additional shifts by obtaining employee availability and client job orders.
Our coordinators must fully understand that providing excellent customer service while on-call is an absolute necessity and failure to do so may result in the loss of a client or an employee.
This is a weekend position.
Responsibilities: Carry company issued cell phone at all times.
All calls are to be answered when they are received.
Perform confirmation calls to all clients and employees that are working for the upcoming shifts.
This requires calling both the employee and the client to verify each shift.
Pro-actively request additional job orders and employee availability while conducting the confirmation calls.
Follow up on all open job orders received on-call, even if you are unable to fill a shift.
Maintain accurate notes in the computer for all on-call activity, including the date, time and person you spoke with.
Be available to answer questions and provide assistance for all candidates and clients by becoming familiar with the information in the manual that will be provided.
Handle any initial reports of injury, client or employee customer service issues, that occur during your shift.
Obtain and handle any requests for service from new clients including private duty cases.
Be available to provide additional coverage as needed Requirements :Must have a home computer with internet access, and be able to use it for each shift.
Must have Verizon cell phone reception at home.
Excellent customer service and ability to think and act quickly are a must.
Previous staffing, recruiting, or on call experience is preferred, but not required Shift: Friday at 5pm through Monday at 8am / every other weekend Pay: $250 for weekend - This is a great work from home position
