Administrator Job in Des Moines, Iowa US
Administrator Preferred Care Partners Management Group, LP is a leader in the management of Long Term Care facilities.
We are currently seeking an Administrator for our Norwalk Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
The Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of operation such as marketing, personnel management, census development, community relations, implementation of policies and procedures, budget adherence and regulatory compliance.
Excellent skills in staff management, customer service, and team building are a must.
The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of three of experience, bachelors degree, Nursing Home Administrators license in Iowa and have a proven track record in long term care management.
