Administrative Secretary Job in Washington 20004, District of Columbia US
ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARYVenable LLP, one of the top 100 law firms in the U.
S., is seeking an Administrative Secretary to provide support to two managers.
Responsibilities include organizing and completing project-oriented tasks, coordinating meetings, composing and preparing correspondence, maintaining supervisors calendars and other related duties.
The candidate will also provide reception desk coverage several hours each day. The successful applicant will possess excellent administrative, interpersonal and organizational skills, be service-oriented and enjoy meeting and working with people.
Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm; must be able to work some overtime, weekend and holiday hours.
