Administrative Resident Job in New York , New York US
Job Description: Job Summary: Participates in a variety of duties at the Administrative level of Hospital Operations.
In conjunction with members of the Executive Team will manage assigned projects requiring financial, academic & organizational skills and knowledge in Healthcare and/or Marketing Duties and Responsibilities Analyze reports for Senior ExecutivesOrganize & facilitate meetings, training sessions & community functions both on and off-siteServe as liaison with Grant Sponsors on all areas of grant proposals (budgets, renewals, progress reports)Collaborate with Marketing Team on projectsParticipate in management training and other initiativesReview and revise policies & procedures as assigne
7. Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications: Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree.
Currently enrolled in MPH, MBA, Healthcare Administration or Marketing Graduate Program at NYS accredited school Minimum Computer Skills Microsoft Office (All Versions) Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Endnote, Vision General SkillsExcellent written and oral skills: writes clearly & informatively; speaks clearly and persuasively Planning & Organizing: uses time efficientlyQuality: demonstrates accuracy & efficiency
