Responsibilities include: Processing applications/recertifications, leasing, general administrative duties, ensuring excellent tenant relations, accounts payable/receivable, report tracking, and special projects as assigned.
Requirements: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, strong communication and organizational skills, and excellent customer service skills a must.
Ideal candidate will be a self starter that is well organized and detail oriented.
