Administrative Assistant Job in Baltimore, Maryland US
Responsibilities will include answering phones and greeting visitors and clients.
In addition, candidate will also be responsible for administrative duties such as handling daily mail and transmittals, binding, proofread, research, and prepare reports, backing up other administrative staff, managing billing and timesheets, general office maintenance, provide staff with office supplies, acting as a source on organizational practices and policies, coordinating special projects, and division activities, and coordinating employee training sessions.
This position requires a minimum of two years experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a cheerful and positive attitude.
The perfect candidate will have solid computer skills, experience greeting clients, and the ability to coordinate office schedules and activities.
