Our business is expanding and we are seeking a self motivated entry level staff member who enjoys a challenge and the opportunity to be involved in many different facets of our organization Administrative Assistant - (F/T): Provides technical clerical support to the Manangement Team.
Requires excellent interpersonal and verbal communication as well as strong skills in all Microsoft Office applications, problem solving, decision making, attention to detail, confidentiality Bachelors degree /strong math skills a plus.
Primary responsibilities include but not limited to: · Answering and directing incoming phone calls · Providing general administrative assistance to the Management Team · Providing clerical support for Accounting and HR teams · Interacting with Clients / Vendors · Generating and distributing reports · Supporting engineering staff as needed Thermo Systems designs, builds, and commissions mission critical automation solutions for manufacturing and utility clients.
