Administrative Assistant/Attorney Job in Lisle 60532, Illinois US
Administrative Assistant/Attorney Our client an established financial planning firm in Lisle has an immediate need for a part-time Administrative Assistant or Attorney with an administrative background.
Requirements: Must be mature, extremely professional, and have the ability to keep confidentiality is a must Must be able to work independently Must have excellent MS Office skills Must be extremely detail orientated and a self starter Must have an excellent work ethic and excellent attendance Prior experience in the financial field, personal trust arena or financial planning is highly desirable 2-5 years of administrative/office management experience Responsibilities: Providing Financial Planning and Associated Documents (Attorney) Entering client information into database Copying, scanning, filing and preparing documents Greeting clients and visitors Ordering office supplies Creating and updating spreadsheets Maintain client files Purging old client files Position offers flexible hours 4-6 hours per day (approximately 30 hours per week).
