Administrative Assistant - Boston Job in Boston, Massachusetts US
Spherion in partnership with a University in Boston is seeking an administrative assistant for a busy academic medical office.
Main tasks will be providing support services to the Dept Manager and Director: scheduling, phones, following up with graduate students/faculty & taking on special projects.
This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate who is seeking a career in higher education administration!The position is TEMP-to-PERM and the selected candidate will start as a Spherion employee.
Hours are M-F 8:30am-4:30pm, to start immediately.
