Administration Manager Job in Upper Saddle River 07458, New Jersey US
We seek a detail-oriented, organized Administration Manager to coordinate, execute & manage administrative & management functions within the Retail Alliance Program group of Corporate Marketing at Hunter Douglas.

Your solid administrative and computer skills (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Photo Editor) coupled with proven leadership abilities will earn you the opportunity to join this long-standing industry leader.
This unique opportunity requires a self-motivated professional with the ability to combine management and administrative skills to successfully perform the following functions: * manage the process for establishing new Alliance Dealers and changes to existing Alliance Dealers status* support continual improvement in operation to increase overall efficiency* manage IT projects* update the Administration Manual* maintain shared network drive with administration information & reports* create and submit reports to management on weekly and monthly basis* manage department budget* work closely with service providers to keep current on marketing program updates and enhancements and ensure information is communicated to Dealers and posted online* coordinate with internal and external IT teams as project leader to define scope, testing and execution of database improvements* develop and conduct training on new processes and proceduresMinimum 5 years management/administrative experience as well as a college degree required.
Some travel necessary.
