Admin Assistant/Receptionist Job in DANVERS 01923, Massachusetts US
Our client is currently seeking a qualified candidate to perform administrative and customer service responsibilities.
This is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to work in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Answer phones, distribute to necessary departments.
* Provide customer service.
* Assist with projects and other administrative duties.
* Perform data entries via MS Excel and WordWorking hours: Monday thur Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch.
This position requires excellent time management skills and the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
******* Prior Admin/Receptionist Experience is Required.
