An established West Michigan manufacturing company is looking for an Accounting Clerk on a temporary basis in the Lakeshore area.
Weekly responsibilities in this Accounting Clerk role will include maintaining and monitoring recurring supplier invoices, tracking shipping charges, updating the utilities direct charges report, and updating the utilities spreadsheets.
Other duties will be required on an as-needed basis, including entering manual supplier debits into the system, handling supplier inquiries, processing invoices, resolving invoicing discrepancies, and reporting to the Controller as needed.

Candidates must have 2 or more years of experience.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is strongly preferred.
