Accounting Assistant in Cranbury, NJ Job in CRANBURY 08512, New Jersey US
-Current Knowledge in payroll, A/P and A/R Book Keeping- -Candidates must have at least 1-3 years experience in Accounting.
- Associate's degree+ Required.
- Human Resource experience a plus.
- Must be highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervisionMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: General: - Provide administrative and staff support to the general organizational operations.
- Assist in HR related tasks such as interview scheduling, claim processing, etc.- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff - Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle documents and sensitive, confidential information and ensure action/attention required is addressedWorking hours: 9am-5pm--Up to date knowledge of Book Keeping and State Laws.
--Multi-tasking skills to accommodate a demanding, fast-paced, changing environment--Complete proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)--You will have full medical insurance, LTD, STD, Dental, Vision, 401K (employer match 50% up to 6% contribution).
