Accounting (Strong Microsoft Excel exp) Mas90 a plus Job in San Antonio 78216, Texas US
We are currently searching for an accounting clerk with a strong Microsoft Excel experience.
MAS 90 experience is a plus.
Candidates must be able to create spreadsheets, formulas, macros, pivot tables, ect.General accounting experience is requiredAccountant (non-degreed)Temp-Hire$30K-32.
5KWant to hire by end of next week!! Accounts A/P, A/R, expert level Excel are required.
Run 18 reports per month in MAS 90 and convert to Excel 2003.
Sales reports, some collection calls, posting checks, aging reports.
Top Requirements: Strong Excel skills (macros & formulas) there is a test created for this!Strong Accountant skills, (Create P&L, understand balance sheet, etc)Customer Contact Small department of 4 peopleReporting to the Accounting Manager Benefits - employee insurance is 70% paid, dental, AFLAC, 401k (after 1 year) Vacation - accrues 4hrs/months, very casual work enviro (jeans are permitted)( Located at 1604 and O'Conner Rd area)
