If that fits your career goal, then we want to hear from you. The Job: The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely processing & analysis of opening new accounts for our customers in adherence to daily deadlines, expectation levels & regulations.
Position will require excellent phone, communication, and detail skills.
Provide customer support via phone and email.
Ability to resolve problems and handle issues as they arise.
Assist customers with basic new account issues.
Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
No outbound calling (no cold calls).
Qualifications Include: Qualified candidate need to be proficient in data entry, possess excellent communication & organization skills, and pay great attention to detail.
BA/BS preferred &/or prior related work experience or knowledge of the financial services/securities industry.
MS Office, Phase3/SunGard knowledge & experience is preferred.
Must be a strong team player & thrive in a fast paced/high volume work environment.
Series 7 a plus Back-office (BETA, ADP, Phas
