Account Representatives Needed-Earn up to $12/hour!!! Job in Aurora, Illinois US
Manpower is currently looking for account representatives to service our clients located in the far western suburbs of Chicago.
Duties include assisting callers with product information and product descriptions, using MS Word and Excel to process orders, and resolving incorrect orders and return authorizations in a professional manner.
If you have at least two years of previous customer service experience in a professional office environment and enjoy assisting customers with orders from first point of contact through receipt of product, have excellent follow up skills and have the energy, enthusiasm and patience to grow new business and provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers, this is an excellent opportunity to submit your resume for temporary and temp to hire assignments paying $10-$12/hour with Manpower.
Must have a solid work history with at least 2 years of customer service experience in an office environment.
Must also have a current resume demonstrating success in a professional office environment providing customer service.
Must have intermediate to advanced MS Word and Excel proficiency.
Reliable transportation, ability to pass nationwide criminal background check for all felonies and misdemeanors and the ability to pass a drug screening are a must.
