Account Manager Job in Shawnee Mission 66207, Kansas US
The Account Manager sells Advantage Techs IT recruiting services to organizations through cold calling, relationship development of key prospects, and current accounts.
The Account Manager solidifies Advantage Techs presence in the local marketplace by selling our recruiting services and participating in networking events and organizations and one who represents our organization with integrity and professionalism.
Job responsibilities: -Cold calling, prospecting for new business and additional business in existing account base -Provide exemplary customer service to clients and prospective clients -Strategize weekly with Branch Manager in order to accomplish monthly goals -Participate in internal team meetings -Managing short term and long term sales cycles -Managing new and existing business relationships through calls, meetings, lunches and other professional business development efforts -Ongoing documentation in Applicant Tracking System Job requirements: -3-5+ years of proven success selling IT recruiting services -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Strong closing skills -Demonstrated track record of sales growth and territory development -Ability to maintain and grow business relationships from entry level to C level -Bachelors Degree Core Behaviors: Positive attitude, optimistic: Adjusts to fast changing environment, looking for opportunities.
