Description: Responsibilities: Revenue Protection - within assigned accounts & NAD accounts above $100K annuallyt as the Client advocate to ensure complete satisfaction with Kaplan product and servicesrk closely with internal departments to ensure a coordinated approach to key customer issues.
nitor activity of each client ensuring timely resolution of open cases.
As necessary, escalate client problems through management.ad coordinated conference calls for monitoring of service/product issues.
riodically participate in the new client implementations ensuring complete understanding of business processes, workflows, etc. in order to assist with transitioning new clients to Client Services.
nitor and report on Client activities, issues, concerns via the use of status reports and other measuring tools, including surveys.
commend system changes to salesforce.com to better monitor and measure services provided to clients.
oactively contact clients with system issues, upcoming release info, training needs, etc.ordinate work orders greater than $10K with production support and programming staff ensuring clients requirements are gathered properly and completed timely to the complete satisfaction of the client.
ovides regular two-way communication between the client, sales and Client Services, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
Revenue Growth - within assigned accounts & revenue opportunities below $50K in NAD accountsmmunicate regularly to clients to understand changes in their business that will provide up-sell opportunities.
rectly identify and work closely with Client Services to identify up-sell opportunities through ancillary service offerings such as ePal, PDB services, work orders, consulting, training, etc.derstand company capabilities and service in order to effectively communicate all offerings to the client.
Net New Revenue Growth - within geographically assigned prospectsentify, develop, and close net new product and services sales opportunities with a focus on opportunities less than $100K annually.
derstand the agency market to effectively sell ECS and LRS services.
fectively perform product demonstrations, create proposals, and travel as needed (a potential of 1-2 overnight trips per month).
Qualifications: Requirements: perior knowledge and demonstrated experience with client services and/or inside sales.
