Account Manager Job in Acton, Massachusetts US
CorVel Corporation, a leading National Third Party Administrator and Managed Healthcare Company is looking for an energetic and fun professional who has strong sales skills, is detail oriented and customer driven, has strong computer skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
This account manager position would cover our Northern New England territory.

Position provides customer services for new and established accounts.
Responsible for interacting with customers on an executive level, understanding and communicating agreed upon expectations to field offices and increasing the market share of business by providing excellent service, commitment to the customer, and introducing enhanced/newly developed services.
Knowledge of Case Management, Utilization Review, Independent Medical Exams, Medical Bill Review, Pharmacy, and other related services a plus.
Bachelor's degree, national certification or equivalent in business or sales and marketing.
Must have demonstrated past experience in management or supervision.
Must be able to communicate clearly via written and verbal communication.
Must be able to remain poised in stressful situations and communicate diplomatically via telephone, computer, fax, correspondence, etc. CorVel Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
