Account Manager/Associate Account Manager Job in Waltham 02453, Massachusetts US
About the JobFSE Inc., (www.fsenet.com) a leading provider of customized e-business solutions for the Foodservice and Grocery/Retail industries with offices in Canada, the United States, and Germany, is currently seeking a professional to join the Client-facing team at FSE. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external contacts while managing day to day account related activities and identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth.
DESCRIPTION This position will manage a designated portfolio of accounts (Manufacturers).
The Account Manager is responsible for owning all aspects of the customer relationship including support, implementation, accounts receivable and business development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all promises are delivered upon in a timely manner.
The Account manager will also be required to provide updates related to each of these assigned tasks.
This manager will be self-driven and highly motivated to consistently deliver both assigned personal and corporate goals.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent Minimum of three years in an Account Management position in the consumer packaged goods industry (preferably in the Foodservice channel).
Must possess successful track record of Account Management.
Experience calling on key accounts and selling to buyers.
Must be an independent self-starter who also knows how to be a team player.
Ability to perform within the rapidly changing environment of a growing company.
This position requires exceptional analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
