Buxton Consulting., an established, growing, and well-respected California based IT Consulting Services firm seeks Senior level Account Executives / Account Managers/ Business Development Managers for their IT Consulting practice.Key Skills: IT Consulting Sales, Account Management, Sales Lead Generation, Prospecting, Cold Calls, Business Development and Staffing.
We are looking for motivated Account Managers or Business Development Managers with prior experience in IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new Clients and account management.
We are looking for team players that can set their own goals and can perform independently without any supervision.
Position: Account Executives / Account Managers / Business Development Managers - IT Consulting & Staffing Services Location: Pleasanton, CA Start Date: ASAP Salary: base plus commission Term: Full time employment.
Job Responsibilities: Setting up sales quota.
Generating New Sales Leads.
Creating New Accounts.
Managing Accounts.
Building Long - Term Relationships with Clients.
Requirements: The successful candidate should have the following skills: 5 to 10 years experience in selling IT Staffing and Contract Engineering Services to Hi-Tech, Retail, Healthcare, Financial, Semiconductor, Supplychain, Manufacturing and Federal/Government Clients.
Building new accounts and managing those accounts Strategic and creative in penetrating accounts.
Comfortable in making cold calls.
Understanding the engineering needs.
Energetic and self-motivator.
Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills.
Great presentation skills.
Team player.
