Because of our growth, we are looking for an experienced staffing Sales Representative who can help us realize the vast potential, and satisfy the workload capabilities of our outstanding, seasoned Recruiting team.

The person who fills this position will explore company-provided as well as self-generated client prospect leads through intense phone and email activity.

They will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients in order to secure and fully qualify requisitions for our team to source candidates for. They must be able to review Recruiter supplied candidate backgrounds and make sound judgments regarding client and positional fit. In addition, they will manage the submission process with clients and utilize their sales expertise to obtain interviews for candidates and ultimately placements with our clients.

Expectations: Develop new business and drive gross profit by producing consistent and measurable financially sound (high margin) business relationships.

Prospecting and developing new customers through cold calling, emailing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified business.

Determine account potential by meeting with hiring managers and providing them with contract, contract to hire, direct hire and project based staffing solutions.

Manage client relationships and provide outstanding customer service.

Work with a team to ensure that we exceed client expectations.

Research and understand Talon Professional Services competition amongst client base.

Present a professional image to prospective clients as Talon Professional Services initial contact with new customers.

Maintain a strong membership in a very team oriented group and have the ability to work closely with recruiting and other team members.

All other projects and duties as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.

Requirements: Sales experience in the New Jersey/Pennsylvania/New York market.

Minimum of 3 years in the staffing industry working with contract, contract to hire and direct hire placements.

Experience in Technology and/or Clinical Trial staffing experience is a plus.

Current long-term customer relationships.

Formal training in the sales discipline including experience evaluating, obtaining and developing new clients through networking, cold calling, emailing and maintaining client relationships.
