Account Executive, PR & Social Influence Job in Boston 02109, Massachusetts US
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Public Relations & Social Influence team to serve on the agency's food & wellness account team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Monitor and evaluate traditional and social media coverage.
Create and distribute regular media reports.
Conduct online research related to diet, health, nutrition, and food trends.
Assist in execution of client programs.
Conduct national and regional media & blogger relations.
Develop press materials and online content.
Ideal candidate should have 2-3 years experience in traditional and digital public relations.
Must possess excellent communications skills, particularly the ability to write well.The unique ability to translate technical and scientific information into consumer-friendly language is vital.
Relevant experience in journalism is preferred, though not required.
Experience is food, nutrition, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
Four-year degree is required.
