Account Coordinator Job in Northampton 01062, Massachusetts US
Our client is looking for an Account Coordinator for an immediate opportunity for a temp to hire role at their Strategic Marketing Company in Northampton.
The Account Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all scheduling- and costrelated aspects of projects and accounts.
You will assure on-time delivery of all agency creative and production work, and monitors job costs to keep projects within or under budget.
The Account Coordinator will serve as the liaison between clients, vendors, and in-house staff, providing each party with regular status updates .The Account Coordinator is responsible for all office record-keeping as relates to schedule and costs of projects, including time sheets, payables, and receivables.
This includes listing the most pressing jobs for the day and their current status.
The Account Coordinator creates a weekly report to apprise the staff of job status and billing status.
The Account Coordinator provides the bookkeeper with all weekly billing information, and all data required to generate project and client profitability reports.
