We're so much more than just a phone company!Working as a National Account Executive with the Indirect channel, you will partner with store management and wireless sales personnel of National Retail chains to meet mutual objectives.

You will develop and implement wireless and wireline sales and marketing programs for national retail accounts in the surrounding area.

Additional Responsibilities: Meet and exceed sales objectives for assigned accountsDevelop and conduct effective marketing and sales training presentationsConduct regular sales meetings with assigned accountsFocus on increasing revenue potential by selling voice features and accessories through assigned accountsDevelop and maintain supportive relationships with existing accountsDevelop and implement programs to train accounts on effective sales skills, retention strategies and reputation expectationsManage adherence to contract terms, policies and proceduresTrack and report production through established reporting proceduresMerchandise locations with all proper and timely promotional materialsAssist with conflict resolution with between agents and customersImplement regular program of store visits with tracking and reporting to managementUphold AT&T values and ethics and maintain the highest level of confidentiality concerning proprietary informationWork with and train other partnersSchedule may require evening, weekends and holidaysSuccessfully completes all sales and data training programs within the recommended time frameProficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPointAssist in special projects assigned by manager or other duties as assigned by managementQualificationsRequired Qualifications: Two years sales experienceExcellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standardsAbility to clear a Driver's License CheckExcellent negotiating skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidaysAbility to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and faxDesired Qualifications: Three or more years sales experienceStrong time management skillsEffective communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailTraining experience highly preferredAbility to work at multiple locations within district preferredFamiliarity with wireless terminology preferredWe offer: Competitive pay (base salary plus commission): Base pay varies by position location, National Account Executive Indirect can earn $1,300 or more per month in commission by meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives!Excellent benefits (401k, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, medical/dental and more!)Top-notch on-going training on the latest technologyA fun, fast paced work environmentAT&T is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer, and we are committed to hiring a diverse and talented workforce.
