Description At AT&T, our Chief Technology Office (CTO) is the embodiment of innovation.
We're responsible for developing, designing, planning and building AT&T's wireless and wired networks, including the nation's fastest 3G wireless network, our groundbreaking U-verse network and one of the world's largest and most advanced IP backbone networks.
Just as importantly, our team conducts industry-leading research and development for network technologies as well as the applications that take advantage of connectivity Planning and Engineering Technical Liaison for all sales channels (wholesale and retail).
Manage Wireless market relationships; communicate to keep Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and other customer facing organization informed of Wireless Network Plans.
Collect, organize and provide feedback from the customer facing organizations to the Wireless Network Design and Planning team to ensure current and future plans continue to improve the Wireless customer experience.
Provides technical support to complex wireless issues that identify and meet technical needs of customers; May make recommendations and present findings.
Will provide technical expertise to sales, planning operations and vendors and requires an understanding of those systems and processes.
Decisions must be made in an environment of constant change while balancing multiple priorities that include competitive pressures, fluctuating revenue streams, financial limitations, engineering and service requirements and capital and expense budget pressures.
Qualifications Requirements: Bachelors Degree, 3-5 years of wireless experience; proficient at Microsoft office tools such as PPT, Word, Excel; excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Requisition Number: 1036989
