FinanceAudax Management seeks Associates in New York City to research/analyze leveraged finance debt investments, including: analyze economic, statistical, and market data; develop methods for gathering/assessing financial/market data; perform detailed financial analyses/develop financial models to determine potential performance; conduct industry/business due diligence; prepare reports/recommendations on potential investments; and analyze credit agreement terms. Must have Master's in Econ., Finance, Math, or equiv. and 2 yrs exp. as analyst in investment banking or leveraged finance, including development of internal rate of return/cash multiple return models and complex financial models; (in the alternative, will accept a Bach. in Econ., Finance, or Math and 5 yrs exp. as analyst in investment banking or leveraged finance); extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; extensive travel required.
