ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, PHARMACODIAGNOSTICS Job in Princeton 08540, New Jersey US
Execution of pharmacodiagnostic co development and commercialization for all programs containing a pharmacodiagnostic strategy.
Support full development and life cycle management teams in their management of pharmacodiagnostic issues that emerge outside of the co development paradigm, eg post-marketing predictive or pharmacogenomic biomarker discovery.
Coordinate all executable activities between development team and external diagnostic partners.
Track timelines and ensure delivery of diagnostic partner critical milestones, eg technical validation and pivotal trial requirements for clinical validation.
Program coordinator for PDxT and key stakeholders including FDTs and Clinical Biomarkers.
Creation and maintenance of a PDx toolkit, resources that may be used by any BMS individual or group to facilitate PDx strategy and execution.
Provide internal and external communication for BMS PDx and personalized medicine activities.
Acquire information from internal and external services and maintain repository of same for organizational learning use.Five to 7 years experience assay development including analytical validation, clinical development, manufacturing and commercialization of diagnostics.
Experience with or good working knowledge of a broad range of biomarker in vitro diagnostic platforms.
Good management skills and working effectively in a matrix team and across multiple disciplines internal and external to the organization.
Advanced technical degree, e.
g., PhD, MD, DVM, PharmD.
Specific experience in the diagnostic industry and or certification in laboratory medicine, eg ASCP is a plus.
