AR Manager - Accounts Receivable Manager Job in San Francisco 94103, California US
Job Description: AR Manager ｢ぎ Accounts Receivable Manager Do you want to join an exciting and growing company???? My client is a publicly traded service provider located in downtown San Francisco looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to join their dynamic team.
This is a hands-on and high visibility role and will require to mentor and manage a team of collectors.
This position will have plenty of room for growth and will report directly to the US Controller.The successful candidate will be responsible for the following but not limited to: ｢ぎ｢ Manage all the day-to-day AR and Collection activity for North America｢ぎ｢ Recruit, train, mentor and re-train all AR/collection staff｢ぎ｢ Improve processes to increase productivity, service and reduce DSO｢ぎ｢ Research and resolve escalated accounting inquiries｢ぎ｢ Manage relationship with 3rd party agencies｢ぎ｢ Produce and analyze AR aging reportsRequired Qualifications: ｢ぎ｢ 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MUST)｢ぎ｢ 7 years of experience in AR, 5 years in Supervisory role｢ぎ｢ Experience in 3rd party collection service｢ぎ｢ EXCELLENT communication skills｢ぎ｢ Strong customer service background｢ぎ｢ System Savvy: Great Plains, NetSuite or larger ERP system｢ぎ｢ Fantastic, dynamic personalitySalary is $70-100K DOE + excellent benefits and stock options.
