ADP Payroll Associate - Suburban Metro Area Job in Cambridge, Massachusetts US
Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for a bi-weekly, multi-state payroll process, for a rapidly growing, multi-location company.
Your payroll expertise must extend beyond processing to include issues and activities related taxation, journal entries and benefits.
Prior experiences with 401k, Flexible Spending Accounts or Employee Stock Purchase plans are all desirable.
ADP PC Payroll and ReportSmith experience is desired.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Processing of bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for 700 plus employees· Maintain data in the HRIS, payroll and timekeeping systems· Transmit data to ADP payroll service for processing, identifying and resolving any issues· Monitor compliance with withholding and reporting requirements utilizing ADP Tax Services· Prepare of month-end and journal entries, reconcile payroll using ADP PCPW and ReportSmithRequirements: · 5 or more years of payroll operations and accounting experience with an employee base approaching 1,000 or more· BS degree is required· Strong / recent ADP experience is required, Knowledge and use of ReportSmith is strongly preferred· Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, deadline-driven corporate environment;· Demonstrated ability to offer quality input to process enhancements and best practices relevant to payroll and financial operations teams Reply to hphillips [at] daleyaa [dot] com
