HRIS: ADP HR PERSPECTIVE Cook, Composites and Polymers Company, is currently offering a contract opportunity in our Human Resources Department in its North Kansas City location for a minimum of 8 weeks.
CCP is a world leader in gel coats, resins and emulsions, with 9 plant locations throughout the United States.
The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment, as well as perform independently.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESThis position is responsible for the successful implementation of various components of a ADP HR Perspective system through the effective execution of solid functional, technical and/or project management knowledge and skills.
Will need to provide effective HR system solutions that mirror CCPs organizational structure and organizational needs.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Assists in development of master files, documentation and support training.
Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the system and data through the planning analysis, development, implementation, and tools related to the HRIS system.
Schedule and plan for implementation, testing, documentation of procedures, training, and monitoring of post-implementation tasks of a project.
Must be familiar with the systems scope and projects objectives.
Custom development of reports (ADP assisted).
Provide individual training to HRIS system users.
Update and create user documentation or procedures for HRIS system.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 3-5 years experience with HRISADP HR Perspective is preferredAccurate Data Entry is a mustAdvanced skill in MS Word and PowerPoint is preferredAbility to maintain confidential files and information within HR departmentAble to audit own work and files for errors or completenessExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf directed, organized and able to meet strict deadlinesAbility to develop clear and understandable technical documentation for use by business users and other technical staff.
Ability to analyze business and technical problems, to perform system analysis and design
