The position is responsible for the day-to-day activities for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) validation of invoices by ensuring that invoices are routed to the appropriate managers or delegates for approval.
This area will manage the daily workload and ensure the accuracy of data processed through the OCR technology using system-wide implementation of best practices, process improvements, and accounts payable system efficiencies.
This position requires a high school degree, at least 3 years combined experience in processing accounts payable invoices and detailed knowledge of accounts payable invoice processing.
Associate of Art or Bachelor of Science degree, experience in a multi-facility healthcare organization is preferred.
