2nd Shift Production Supervisor Job in Thomson 30824, Georgia US

Milsco provides a full range of functions from research and development to design and engineering, from manufacturing of components to final assembly including urethane foam molding, thermoforming, sewing, metal fabricating, and upholstery.
We currently have an opening in our Static Operator Seat Division for a 2nd shift Production Supervisor at our Thomson, Georgia facility (located in McDuffie County just outside of Augusta, GA).
Responsibilities: Assisting with quality training for associates Ensuring production requirements and goals are met Supervising and problem solving operations and workflow issues Compiling and furnishing production information and statistics to Manufacturing Manager Providing Manufacturing Manager with data-driven production updates Providing first level escalation support to associates regarding HR issues Qualifications: 2-4 years Supervisory experience managing (20-40 individuals) in a high-volume production environment Ability to achieve performance goals through effective leadership combined with personal performance Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred Providing a competitive compensation package with comprehensive benefits, Milsco is a team-focused environment.
