(Senior) Maintenance Technicians Job in West Greenwich 02817, Rhode Island US
Under general direction, execute maintenance activities or operate assigned equipment, facility, utility, and HVAC Systems in accordance with established guidelines and operating procedures.
Conduct basic troubleshooting to identify root cause and appropriate corrective actions to diagnose or avert equipment problems on complex, integrated systems.
Review procedures and maintenance job plans to ensure appropriate content.
Ensure that work is executed according to plan and schedule.
Coordinate the work of outside contractors.
Ensure compliance and safety through effective understanding of GMP and safety requirements and acceptable documentation practices.
May identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to job functions.
High school degree or equivalentCombination 3+ years of utilities maintenance and/or utilities operations experience gained through education, training, and/or experience.
Experience in troubleshooting equipment and operations issuesPreferred Qualifications: Combination 5+ years of maintenance and/or operations experience gained through education, training, and/or experience.
