They seek both intermediate and senior level .NET Developers to join their team of highly accomplished IT professionals within a 24 x 7 "production" environment.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Consults with manager, systems analysts, programmers and end users to gather information about program intent, functions, features, and data requirements in order to develop program(s) for business solutions.
Responsibilities include system design, documentation, on-going support and enhancements of programs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: · Designs and writes program specifications based on user requests for use to design programs· Technical resource for development projects pertaining to business solutions· Converts designs and specifications into programs· Creates test plans and runs tests to find errors and confirm that program meets specifications· Designs and codes layouts for on-screen user interfaces, printed outputs and interfaces with other systems· Revises programs for corrections, enhancements or system environment changes· Support, modify, change and document changes to programs written by other programmers or 3rd party software suppliers.
· Train end users and technical support staff to use and support programs· Works with dept.
Director in designing and implementing open systems architecture and infrastructure.
· Mentor less experienced staff members in programming techniques and business objectives.
· Assigned to the projects that require complex solutions.
· Interface with senior management of company.
· Define, implement, support and maintain Sequel Server database security.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: · Must be knowledgeable with structured coding and object based coding· Must be proficient with ADO.net, VB/C#.
net, ASP.net· Must be proficient with Visual Interdev and multi tiered design· Must be proficient with VB script, Java Script and Active Server Page (ASP)· Must be proficient with SQL with PL/SQL a definite plus· Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal· At least five years experience as a programmer/analyst in a Windows environment· Must have good organizational skills· Must have good communications skills both verbal and written· This position requires 24 x 7 coverage and includes use of a pager (on rotation) A highly competitive salary will be offered plus an attractive bonus and benefits package.
