This position will handle a variety of responsibilities including: configuring, monitoring, deplpoying, troubleshooting and maintaining ASP .NET enviroment .
Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring that IIS server running ASP .NET requests is operating at optimum levels, The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should be comfortable working in a team environment and willing to work flexible hours.
On-call and after hours support is a requirement of this position.
Additional job requirements include:
Performing and coordinating effective ASP .NET installation
Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems.
Plan and perform appropriate procedures, documentation, software assessment, and other procedures related to IT.
Maintain, monitor, analyze system components and make recommendations for system improvements
Be available for after hours / on-call support.
BA/BS in CS or related field The candidate needs to have a strong proficiency in the following skill sets: Working experience with Windows Operating SystemsWorking experience with ASP,NET frameworkAbility to work effectively in team environmentSelf-starter that requires minimal supervision and can provide oversight for any assigned projectsThorough knowledge of good IIS server running ASP .NET requests administration principlesExperience in building interoperable Web services using the .NET Framework.
Adherence to industry standards for the WS-I Basic ProfileWorking knowledge of troubleshooting DataSource Combo box, DataGrid, Eventhandlers and Validation control PropertiesGeneral understanding of .NET templates, properties, methods and JIT compliled assembly
